VCC General Work Permit

MAIN HOUSE/ REAR SLOPE ONLY
to remove a 5’ x 5’ area of slate.
remove and replace rotten decking (plywood)
install high heat ice and water shield over area.
install new (matching) slate using copper nails and /or copper clips. replace broken tiles across roof that require replacing.
Note: Trash chutes are required for removal of debris from all roofs. All work must conform to standard VCC policies & guidelines
Permit does not allow for cap flashing on parapets, chimneys or surrounding walls. Torch-applied roofing is not permitted in the Vieux Carré.
All repair/replacement work shall match existing in color, size, material, detail, profile and exposure.
