VCC General Work Permit

To install new in-ground swimming pool, associated equipment, and adjacent raised planter as per Architecture Committee approval of 05/26/2026 and materials stamped VCC approved 07/07/2026. Work includes:
• Installation of new 9’ wide, 20’ long pool to a maximum depth of 5’
• Pool to be set off from the property line a minimum of 4’
• Pool coping to be bluestone salvaged from existing courtyard paving, interior plaster finish to be “Aqua Blue”, waterline tile to be “Cosmopolitan”
• Construction of new 18” tall brick raised planter on two sides of the pool to be topped with bluestone and feature three simple water features. Rubber or plastic lining to be installed in the planter between the soil and the neighboring brick walls. Planter to include weep holes to allow water to drain
• Installation on new gas line below grade. All courtyard paving to be repaired to match existing following installation of gas line.
• Installation of new pool equipment in location under stairs at the rear of the property.
