Renovation (Non-Structural) Permit

To make repairs to building and correct SOME violations as per materials stamped VCC approved 01/06/2026. Work includes:
• Retention of the k-style gutter on the front elevation of the main building which was determined to have been prescribed
• Replacement of the k-style gutter on the rear elevation of the main building with a new 6” half round gutter and round downspout
• Sanding, staining, and varnishing existing wood French doors
• Painting existing plumbing pipes to match the adjacent wall surface
• Replacement of the unpermitted windows and door on the second floor of the rear elevation of the rear building with new wood true divided lite windows and a new wood and glass door
• Repointing of the Ursulines side wall of the main building to match as per VCC standard detail
