To replace all roofing on REAR ROOF ONLY. To remove and replace all imitation slate roofing with Vermont Slate Semi Weathering Gray/Green slate. To remove and replace all flashings with copper flashings, including copper step flashing, copper drip edge, copper counter flashings. NOT PART OF OUR ESTIMATE, Repair /replace any damaged rafters discovered on an as needed basis; remove and replace existing termite damage that may be discovered. We will supply and install replacement rafters with new pressure treated rafters. Any replacement rafters and decking will be replaced with pressure treated materials
