VCC General Work Permit

Replace the missing and damaged slate on the 2 sections of the rear slope of the roof, about 15 slate. ALL NEW SLATE TO MATCH EXISTING

Remove and trash or debris from the roof surface,

Replace the missing/damaged terra cotta ridge tiles on the hip, about 3 ridge tiles, ALL NEW RIDGE TILES TO MATCH EXISTING

Replace the missing/damaged terra cotta ridge tiles on the hip, about 3 ridge tiles, , ALL NEW RIDGE TILES TO MATCH EXISTING

Cover the opening on the two upper roof chimney with slate in a triangle fashion,

Remove the remaining pieces of metal parapet wall cap. Replace the missing brick at the top of the wall with the customer supplied brick. NEW BRICK TO MATCH EXISTING

Fishing to the top and inside portion of the wall with the VCC approved impervious pure Portland cement finish, SEE ATTACHED

Remove the trash and debris from the upper roof surface,

Fabricate new custom 26 gauge unpainted galvanized metal roof panel and install where missing on the front awning.THIS PERMIT DOES NOT COVE A NEW OUTRIGGER OR STRINGER.
