Upper Main Roof Shingle Section Only - remove all layers of existing roof to expose decking, Roof Redeck - Install a 1/2" dx plywood decking over the existing decking where the shingle roof has been removed,
install a self-adhering 4" strip over all plywood joints in the roof decking, Install the high temperature water barrier underlayment in the valleys and other designated areas of the roof,
install one ply of synthetic felt,
install new drip edge around entire perimeter of roof,
install precut starter strips on the perimeter of the roof,
install a limited lifetime warranted architectural shingle, Install the Hecker atlas butt jointed concrete ridge tiles on all hips and ridges,
replace all lead flanges and galvanized jack and caps as needed,
reuse all existing flashing, Reuse the existing chimney flashings. If unable to reuse, then remove the existing flashing and install all new 26 gauge painted steel chimney flashings at $1,450.00 extra per chimney, to the above price,
Remove the existing power vent/s. Install new power vent/s where removed. Install one new additional power vent where designated. (Airvent/Lomanco brand power vent) No electrical hookup provided due to insurance restrictions
