VCC General Work Permit

Emergency replacement of rear, first floor infill roof only, per attached materials stamped VCC approved 06/23/2026.
Remove existing roof membrane, flashing, etc. Install new 3/4" CDX plywood deck; tapered rigid polyiso insulation board + 1 layer of protection board, R-25 min.; taper to slope toward roof drain.
Finished TPO surface to be medium gray color, not white. Turn up wall 8" min. and fasten with termination bar and sealant. Flashing and counterflashing to be galvanized.

NOTE: Roof deck not included in this scope. Permit for entire interior and exterior renovation to be reviewed and permitted separately under 25-12273-RNVS.
