VCC General Work Permit

Renovate main building, dependency and courtyard, including new railing extension, structural reinforcement, millwork, mechanical equipment, and lighting, per attached materials stamped VCC approved 06/18/2026. All masonry repairs to be completed per VCC mortar and stucco handout, attached.

Notes: Submit millwork drawings to VCC for final review and approval prior to fabrication and installation. Millwork must not be pre-hung or replaced wholesale. All millwork slated for demolition must be retained on site for comparison with new work at final inspection.
Hood vent location approval predicated on no platform being needed. Contact VCC staff if Mechanical Division requires platform or railing.
Mechanical screening may be required prior to permit closeout if courtyard equipment is visible from the right of way.
Submit light fixture specs to VCC for final review and approval prior to purchase and installation.
Condensate line runs must be submitted to VCC for further review and approval prior to installation.
