. Structural Repairs:
• Remove and replace all rotten studs, floor or ceiling joists as well as sub-floor in affected areas
Electrical - complete re-wiring of both units.
New HVAC
• Install batt insulation in all exterior walls and between ceiling joists to improve energy efficiency and comfort.
Sheetrock Installation
Windows & Doors:
• Replace/repair all windows casings and interior doors with new, energy-efficient units as approved by the owner.
Doors will meet energy efficiency standards for climate control in the Historic Algiers Poin

*FINAL INSPECTION* Any new square feet added at ground level must be at least as high as existing top of floor.
