ALTERNATE #1: REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT OF THE WOOD FRAMED SOFFITS ON THE SECOND FLOOR CONCRETE BALCONIES AND ALL ASSOCIATED FRAMING AND LIGHT FIXTURES.

ALTERNATE #2: ALL NECESSARY WORK REQUIRED TO REPAIR/ REPLACE PORTIONS OF DAMAGED STUCCO AND PAINT ON THE EIGHTH STREET (WEST) WALL OF BUILDING A AND OTHER AREAS OF REPAIR AS DESCRIBED IN THE DRAWINGS.

ALTERNATE #3: INCLUDES THE DEMOLITION AND NEW CONSTRUCTION OF BALCONIES, SELECT EXTERIOR DOORS, AND ALL ASSOCIATED WORK IN PHASE 2B. THIS PHASE CONSISTS OF WORK ASSOCIATED WITH UNITS 311, 312, 313, 314, 315, 411, 412 & 415.
