VCC General Work Permit

To install new mini split condensing unit on the rear elevation of the main building, per Architecture Committee approval of 06/09/2026 and materials stamped VCC approved 06/09/2026. Work includes:
• Installation of wall mounted AC unit on the first floor of the rear elevation of the main building
• Installation of two line sets to be run horizontally a distance of approximately 5’ across the rear of the building before penetrating the wall. Line sets to be covered and the cover paint to match the adjacent building wall
• Installation of three line sets running up the alleyway towards Bourbon St. Line sets to be installed high on the wall and tight with other existing conduits/service lines. Line sets to be painted to match adjacent building surface

NOTE: This permit is to resolve a violation concerning work begun without a permit for which a STOP WORK ORDER was issued. Work shall commence no more than 30 days after permit is issued. Work must be completed no more than 60 days after work begins. Owner will call VCC for final inspection upon completion of work.
