Construct regulated areas during asbestos abatement activities. o Apply poly sheeting around perimeter of structure to contain asbestos debris.
Remove approximately sixty-six (66') linear feet of non-asbestos ridge tiles.
Remove approximately one thousand (1,000') square feet of single layer asbestos containing transite roofing tiles.
Conduct OSHA regulated daily as well as ambient air perimeter monitoring.
Provide profiling, waste manifest preparation, transportation and disposal of asbestos
materials.
Provide a written report summarizing asbestos removal and disposal activities.

Install approx. 40 sheets of 7/16” OSB decking over entire existing roof decking area.
Install synthetic underlayment.
Install starter strip and drip edge around entire perimeter.
Install chimney flashing using charcoal gray metal.
Install / Replace existing ridge tiles that AES removed.
Install Owens Corning architectural roofing system.
6 nails per shingle.
Remove and replace existing metal roofing on the rear of house using 26 gage galvalume R-Panel.
Install transition flashing where pitch changes.
Install apron flashing where metal roofing meets the rear wall of house.
Haul away debris.
Walk yard with magnet.
