Renovation (Non-Structural) Permit

To correct storefront modifications begun without benefit of VCC review and approval, per attached materials stamped VCC approved 06/04/2026.
• Retain storefront glazing and removal of center mullion. Install four (4) new four-lite transoms with true divided lites and single glazing.
• Repair and paint head/jamb/sill as needed to match existing in size, profile, dimension, reveal, color, finish and material.
• Remove unpermitted sign from underside of gallery at corner entrance and reinstall previously existing sign hanging from chains. Only one sign may be displayed per business per the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance; no signage to be installed on or behind storefront windows.

NOTE: This permit is to resolve a violation concerning work begun without a permit for which a STOP WORK ORDER was issued. Work shall commence no more than 30 days after permit is issued. Work must be completed no more than 60 days after work begins. Owner will call VCC for final inspection upon completion of work.
