VCC General Work Permit

Install new hood and intake vents and perform associated natural slate roof replacement at rear dependency, and demolish abandoned mechanical equipment and platforms as indicated, per attached materials stamped VCC approved 06/05/2026. SEE ATTACHED SUPPLEMENTAL SHEET FOR SLATE ROOF INSTALLATION APPROVAL.

NOTE: APPROVAL DOES NOT INCLUDE HOOD VENT PLATFORM. CONTACT STAFF IF SERVICE PLATFORM IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO UNDERTAKING ANY WORK.
Millwork replacement at 1003 Dauphine to be handled under separate scope.
Work that crosses the property line with 1007 Dauphine also permitted under permit 26-16855-VCGEN.
Applicant to submit shop drawings for the hood and new millwork to VCC staff for final review and approval prior to fabrication and installation.
