Renovation (Structural) Permit

The Isidore Newman School Jefferson Building Restoration/Renovation centers on the partial renovation of the Jefferson Building with connections to the Saratoga Building. Improvements include partial demolition of interior partitions to restore historic architectural features and provide new office and student spaces. The project includes mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems in selected areas of the Jefferson and Saratoga buildings. Exterior renovations consist of façade refinishing work of plaster, a limited scope of window and door replacement, roof repair with dormer additions, and remodeling an outdoor courtyard.
