Renovation (Structural) Permit

The demolition and removal of the existing roofing system and concrete deck. The installation of a new multi-ply SBS-modified bitumen membrane roofing system over new cover board, over new tapered rigid insulation and new metal decking. The work also includes the additional installation of new pre-finished sheet metal coping at parapet walls and retrofitted drains with screens, clamping rings and flashing. The demolition and removal of the existing hangar doors, and the furnishing and installation of two new hydraulic frames and tilted hangar doors with impact rated applied curtain wall system. All work applies to the Moffett Hangar.
