Renovation (Structural) Permit

To repair and renovate building as per plans. Work includes:
Installation of three new 8” round tie backs on the Dumaine elevation. Tie backs to be painted to match the building’s stucco, sounding and removal of any damaged or missing stucco to be repaired with new stucco, repair/replacement of wood windows to match existing, installation of new steel lintel at ground floor opening and repair of surrounding stucco to match adjacent openings, repair shutters at the second and third floor of the Decatur St. elevation to match existing, removal of the rooftop mechanical unit currently servicing the neighboring building at 911 Decatur St., repair existing slate roof to match existing, at rear flat roof, coat existing TPO roofing with 100% silicone roof coating for TPO, remove light fixtures, install two new can lights to the underside of the gallery, and place all wiring in conduit.
