VCC General Work Permit

Repair/replace gutters and downspouts as needed. Must match existing size, profile, and material, and be painted to match adjacent surface to minimize visibility.

All repair/replacement work shall match existing in color, size, material, detail, profile and exposure. Failure to exactly match materials, details, profiles, exposures, or VCC mortar as specified in permit will result in a VCC violation and mandated repair of improper work.

NOTE: Permit issued in response to violations. Work shall commence within 30 days from the date of permit issuance. Work must be completed no more than 60 days after work begins. Owner will call VCC for final inspection upon completion of work. Penalty fees may apply because of improper or unauthorized work.
