VCC General Work Permit

To renovate water damaged hotel complex as per materials stamped VCC approved 05/14/2026. Work includes:
• Repair/replacement of balcony and gallery elements including new wood fascia and trim, new gallery post pedestals, replacement of wood gallery posts in courtyard area, and replacement of balcony and gallery paving. All work to match existing unless otherwise noted in the plans.
• Repair/replacement of damaged or missing shutters with new wood shutters to match existing
• Replacement of courtyard and pool deck tile/paving with new matching tile and paving
• All repaired/replaced elements to be painted to match existing color and sheen unless permitted under a separate paint permit
