Renovation (Non-Structural) Permit

-Project Description: Conversion of Existing Smoothie King to "Royal Fruit Lab"
scope of work.
*Interior Finishes:
Full interior painting of all wall surfaces.
No demolition of any walls, partitions, or structural elements.

Electrical (Limited Scope – Existing Panel Retained):
The existing electrical panel will be reused (no service upgrade or relocation).
Removal of old drop ceiling lights and installation of new LED ceiling light fixtures per the reflected ceiling plan.

Addition of new electrical outlets as required for new equipment layout. All new outlet locations are shown on plans.

Plumbing (Existing Fixtures Only – No New Rough-In):
All plumbing fixtures are existing and will remain in place:
Existing under-sink grease trap.
Existing 3-compartment sink.
Existing hand sink.
Existing mop sink.
Only two (2) plumbing fixtures are being changed (e.g., faucets or trim replacements).
