Roof Repairs:
To relay the fiberglass asphalt shingle roofing surrounding the copper static attic ventilator in the left slope of the upper main gabled roof above the reported roof leaks using matching architectural style fiberglass asphalt shingle roofing and underlayment.
To repair and replace as necessary the missing and slipped fiberglass asphalt shingles in the steep slope of the lower front mansard style roof using matching architectural style fiberglass asphalt shingle roofing and underlayment.
To replace slipped, broken and missing terracotta ridge tiles as necessary throughout the hips and ridge of the upper main gabled roof using matching used terracotta ridge tiles.
To repair, resecure, and reseal all eave and roof to wall metal flashings throughout the roof slopes as necessary using matching materials.
To remove photo electric equipment and satellite dishes that are not in use from the roof surfaces, resealing the exposed fastener heads of these components still in use roofing sealant.
Front Porch Soffit Repairs:
To remove approximately 160sq.ft of water damaged front porch soffit and soffit trim. It has been requested by the roof that we attempt to make all required repairs without removing gutters and fascia.
Inspect internal repairs to structural members.
To properly replace approximately 550 linear feet tongue and groove soffit as original. All new material to be sanded and primed prior to installation and sealed once installed.
