Renovation (Non-Structural) Permit

Contractor agrees to provide all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary to complete the following renovation and repair work to the property:
-Removal of damaged or deteriorated sheathing and siding
-Re-installation of sheathing, vapor barrier, and six-over-wooden, double hung, true divided light windows to fit existing openings (4 windows on north elevation)
-Installation of smooth Hardi-plank siding to match original reveal and wall width (identical to south elevation)
-Repair of damaged wood fascia and trim
-Priming/ Painting of exposed exterior siding, surfaces, and trim
-Repair / Replacement of broken glass window panes
-Repair / Replacement of broken / Damaged Fencing
