Seeking a permit to replace a non-conforming, chain link vehicular gate with an appropriate wood-picket, double leaf, center opening, automatic gate. The new vehicular gate will be made of 6ft high pickets with a 6in cap or crown along the gate. The gate will be split into two equal leaves at 4ft wide, which will open inward (on remote) toward the property and away from the sidewalk such that no public right of way is incurred upon. The new vehicular gate will be painted light pink (SW Jazz Age Coral) and green (SW Great Green) to match the color of the residence. First invoice attached contains work not related to this permitted work (specifically, moving of an internal gate that is not subject to review and a number of other security features not subject to review). The second invoice reflects the portion of work requiring permit approval ($7388).
