HDLC Certificate of Appropriateness

The scope of work is limited to the re-roof of (1) the existing asphalt shingle roof at the Nims Fine Arts Center and (2) the existing modified bitumen roof at the Education Building at the Mater Campus of the Academy of the Sacred Heart. The Education Building re-roof also includes in in-kind replacement of the existing KalWall skylight roofing system, in-kind repairs/replacement of drainage systems (downspouts, gutters, scuppers) and flashing as well as tear-off and replacement of the roofing membrane, insulation, and any damaged coverboard. The Nims re-roof includes the tear off and replacement of existing shingles in-kind as well as replacement and/or repairs to the existing flashing and drainage systems (gutters, downspouts).
