Fortified - Remove old shingles and felt down to bare decking. Replace any rotten decking. Install 8D ring shank nails through decking into rafters every 4”. Install MFM deck tape on all decking seams. Install OC Rhino ice and water shield around perimeter of roof, in valleys and around penetrations. Install 26 gauge drip edge and MFM roll starter on all rakes and eves. Install 2 layers OC Titanium synthetic felt over entire roof. Install OC Duration Class 3 shingles (approximately 36 squares w/waste) over entire roof installing OC ProEdge shingles on all hips and ridges. Install new plumbing boots. Install new ventilation I.e. solar power vent. Install new Heckor overlapping ridge tiles on all hips and ridges using 6” stainless steel screws and NP1 sealant. Haul away all project debris
