Renovation (Non-Structural) Permit

Interior renovation of the existing first-floor main lobby and adjacent areas, including the security vestibule, case manager office, intake office, and staff lounge. Scope includes selective demolition of existing finishes and fixtures, installation of new millwork and cabinetry, construction of new partition walls, and installation of new doors and frames.

Work also includes new flooring, painting, wall finishes, ceiling tile replacement, and refinishing of existing brick flooring. Electrical scope consists of replacing switches and outlets, installing new lighting fixtures, replacing exit signage, and providing power for new equipment.

Additional scope includes installation of ADA-compliant signage, dimensional exterior signage, and installation of a walk-through metal detector at the security area.

No structural modifications are included.
