HDLC Certificate of Appropriateness

This permit application is submitted in response to reference codes MEGRXV and M6LFEJ. The purpose of this permit is to address the items associated with these references and bring the property into compliance with HDLC requirements.

Scope of work includes:
Repair or replacement of deteriorated fence pier at the front entrance. Damage to the fence resulted from a prior vehicular accident and is currently under ongoing litigation; repairs have been completed.

Repair or replacement of missing and/or deteriorated gutter on the right side of the building.

Repair or replacement of missing or deteriorated column base and porch decking below the front right-side column.

Electrical wiring on roof-Failed HVAC system was in place at this location prior to ownership-wires will be removed.

Demolition of concrete fence wall along Euterpe Street. The wall was removed to facilitate landscaping installation and will be reconstructed to match the original fence wall.

Replacement of existing trims to LED lighting and will be painted per discussion with HDLC employee.

All work will be brought into compliance with HDLC This permit is intended to resolve the cited issues and bring the structure into full compliance.
