Replace Dauphine-side property line fence and both gates fronting on Orleans, per attached materials stamped 04/16/2026, as follows:
Demolish existing fence and install new cedar seven board fence, to be backprimed and painted to match existing shutter color and finish.
Demolish existing gates and replace with new single bead tongue and groove wooden gates. Board width, overall gate size, material, finish and operation to match existing. Frame and panel above may be repaired but not replaced or altered. Submit hardware selections to VCC staff for final review and approval prior to purchase and installation.
