• Sign will hang perpendicular to the street, centered above the door
• Sign will hang from hanging bars from second floor balcony outriggers.
• Sign will have a tan background with dark brown lettering
• No additional illumination or lighting is approved. GAS LANTERNS NOT INCLUDED IN SCOPE OF APPROVAL. SEPARATE APPLICATION REQUIRED FOR LIGHTING.
