HDLC Certificate of Appropriateness

Roof replacement of 385 sqft of flat roof, witch represent less than 50% of the roof. Scope of Work:
- Remove existing roofing system, including all materials and debris. Inspect existing decking to
ensure it's suitable to house new roofing system.
-Install Flat Roof: TPO Roofing System: 60 mil TPO
-Install Cricket Tapered Insulation
-Install 1/2" HD-MA 4*8 Roof Board - Mechanically Attached Per Manufacturer Specifications
-Install TPO .060 - Mechanically Attached Per Manufacturer Specifications
- Install TPO .060 - Fully Adhered Wall with Termination Per Manufacturer Specifications
-Install Edge Metal TPO Coated at Roof Edge
-Wood Nailer - For Edge Metal Flashing Attachment on Roof
- Remove and Install New Roof Top Components & Accessories Roof Inspection By Technical

- Caulk and seal watertight all screws, seams, transitions, terminations, penetrations, joints, voids,
protrusions, and areas where water could enter.
