Renovate 611 side of 609-611 Congress St. 70117. Original vintage home exterior will not be altered in any way other than restoration of any damaged weatherboard and windows (half already restored in functioning order which have new sash cord and bronze weather stripping, tight seals to sills). Rear structure to be improved to a single "lean-to", all within or above IRC requirements, using 2x8 rafters with a 2x12 double header and 4 support 4x6's or 6x6 posts at midpoint from back of house to wall. Dimensions match width of house and 24' long (as original lean-to). Exterior to match existing 7" siding with Cypress or cement board, windows to be restored double hung sash to match existing either new or approved HDLC windows. Addition to be built on piers to match existing with treated 6x6's, and roof to be 2x8" rafters, 2x12 sistered midway from rear of house to back wall of restored structure, 4x6 or 6x6, posts to support (4).
