VCC General Work Permit

To make repairs and temporary weather seal the building as per Architecture Committee approval of 02/24/2026 and materials stamped VCC approved 04/01/2026. Work includes:
• Infill openings that have damaged windows/doors or missing glazing with ½” exterior plywood. Plywood to be painted to match adjacent building surface.
NOTE: Installation of plywood for weather sealing approved for a timeframe of 12 months, at which time the proposal needs to be revisited.
• Repair and stabilize the deteriorated bowed masonry wall located above the fourth floor of the service ell
• Installation of new temporary metal downspout where missing on the rear of the main building
• Repair of roof at the end of the service ell to match the adjacent roof construction

NOTE: Permit issued in response to violations. Work shall commence within 30 days from the date of permit issuance. Work must be completed no more than 60 days after work begins. Owner will call VCC for final inspection upon completion of work. Penalty fees may apply because of improper or unauthorized work.
