The signage placed on the roof of the building consists only of a vinyl, non-permanent sticker applied to an existing sign surface. No new sign structure was installed, and there were no structural, electrical, or dimensional changes made to the existing sign.

The material used is vinyl non-permanent adhesive, which can be removed without affecting the existing sign or building structure. The sign location, size, and mounting remain unchanged.

Based on this, we believe this does not constitute the erection or alteration of a new sign. However, if the City determines that a permit is still required, we will comply with any additional requirements.
