Remove existing siding, replace windows, replace sheathing, replace framing as needed, install new vinyl siding. For exterior repairs only.

An AFTER THE FACT issued DEMO permit is needed for the main structure that was demolished prior to the approval of this permit.

NOT FOR USE OR OCCUPANCY. FULL RENOVATION OF THE INTERIOR REQUIRES A SEPARATE PERMIT. Failure to secure the proper permits or proceed with work outside the scope of this permit will subject the property to additional fees, fines, adjudication, and penalties.
