Renovation (Structural) Permit

This project is a renovation of the former casino building to create a multi-tenant marketplace. Work includes extending the existing exterior patio around the building to provide lake-facing storefronts for tenants. The first floor will serve as an open vendor marketplace. The octagon area along the boardwalk and portions of the second floor are white-box spaces for future tenant use, including café and assembly occupancies. A portion of the second floor will be reconfigured within the existing footprint to create a balcony overlooking the lake. Renovation scope includes associated HVAC, plumbing, and electrical upgrades to support the new layout and uses.
