To install new tie-backs and steel lintels as per Architecture Committee approval of 03/10/2026 and materials stamped VCC approved 03/30/2026. Work includes:
• Installation of two tie-backs each at the first, second, and third floor levels
• Tie- back plates to be painted to match the color of the stucco
• Installation of new steel lintels at the first, second, and third floor level, at the openings on the N. Rampart elevation, closest to Toulouse St.

NOTE: All repairs to cracks in masonry or stucco to be reviewed and permitted separately following the structural repairs.
