VCC General Work Permit

To prepare for painting by washing using a low water pressure (400 psi max) and/or sanding (rotary sanders cannot be used), making repairs as necessary to match existing conditions and to paint as follows to match existing conditions as per materials stamped VCC approved 03/23/2026: 

• Decorative ironwork (i.e. gallery posts and rail) ...black, gloss
• Top side of balcony decking, gray (matched to existing), semigloss

Failure to exactly match permit specified colors will result in a VCC violation and mandated repainting.
This permit prohibits the application of the following exterior coating materials and paints: sealers, ceramic coatings/paints, elastomeric coatings/paints, waterproofing/water repellent coatings
