In conjunction with a change of use to restaurant, per attached materials stamped VCC approved 01/27/2023.
Work to include reversal of alley gate door swing, new exterior sprinklers in side alley, removal of rear gate, installation of business sign for restaurant, and modification of gas lanterns in courtyard.

NOTE: Property did not undergo change of use to retail. Entire property to be used by current restaurant tenant. Any future change iwll require additional review.

Work without permit and demoltion by neglect violations observed at 10/05/2022 site visit are not addressed in this application and are the responsibility of the property owner. The property may be scheduled for administrative adjudication if no application to address these violations is received within 90 days.
