Renovation (Non-Structural) Permit

Correcting of HDLC issued violations including (but not limited to):
Replacing rotted fascia board and broken gutters
Removing vines (if applicable)
Replace batten shutters with louvered wood shutters historically appropriate to the building’s style and proportion.
Retention of steps/cement (if applicable)
Remove and Replace non-compliant or vinyl windows and replace with true divided-light wood or aluminum-clad windows matching the original configuration, dimensions, and muntin pattern.
Remove wood grain siding and replace with with smooth cedar or Hardie smooth lap siding, maintaining existing exposure dimensions
Replacing rotted wood, railings, and weatherboard as noted in HDLC violations (if applicable)
