Replace entry doors facing Pelican Ave. . There are 2 identical 34" X 90"entry doors facing Pelican Ave; one is used extensively. The doors were repaired approximately 10 years ago but the one used extensively has bowed, does not fit flush with the door frame and is beyond repair. Both doors also are cracked at the joins and leak with heavy rains. We propose to replace with a similar style available at Ricca Architectural Sales. Attached with the application are pictures of the current doors and the proposed replacement. As a fyi, the proposed replacement is installed at a home on 207 Pelican Ave.
