VCC General Work Permit

Replace wooden alley gates on either side of main building, and reattach/replace missing galvanized downspouts, per attached materials stamped VCC approved 03/04/2026.
• Gate design based on VCC typical detail gate no. 1. Overall height to correspond to center rail of shutter at front. Submit hardware for further review by VCC staff prior to purchase and installation.
• Any pressure washing must not exceed 200PSI.
• Reinstall/replace round galvanized downspouts as needed where missing, to match existing in size, profile, diameter, material, color, etc. No alterations to drainage.
