VCC General Work Permit

To remove unpermitted exterior conduit, locating all wiring to the interior of the building, and install four new Remcraft 200 light fixtures in locations above door openings on the Toulouse elevation of the building, per materials stamped VCC approved 03/12/2026.
• Fixtures shall be painted or prefinished to match adjacent building surface.
• All fixtures shall use lamps with the following criteria: 3000K color temperature, 80+ color rendering index, and 800-1200 lumens per bulb
To install two HikVision turret style cameras on the Toulouse elevation per materials stamped VCC approved 03/12/2026
• Cameras shall be painted or prefinished to match the attached surface
• Cameras are to be mounted flush on the building. Conduit boxes and wires should not be visible.
• Mounting arms are not allowed.
• All cameras to be installed a minimum of 9-feet above the sidewalk and a maximum of 18-inches below the bottom of the balcony, gallery, porch ceiling, roof overhang, or soffit.
