Remove and replace damaged balcony column in kind, replace stolen rain downspout on Burgundy Street elevation to match remaining above, install two new chimney caps per VCC details, remove and replace damaged balcony decking and framing in kind as needed. Repaint exterior of building (wood, stucco, misc. metals) of Barracks Street elevation, Burgundy Street elevation and partial Esplanade Avenue side as visible from Burgundy Street. Paint colors to match existing. Sherwin Williams colors. Walls: White and green wainscot: Pediment SW7634 and Rockwood Sash Green SW2810; Shutters: Rockwood Sash Green SW2810; Doors, Windows and Trim all Pure White SW7005.
