VCC General Work Permit

To address work without permit and demoltion by neglect violations, per attached materials stamped VCC approved 03/05/2026, including:
Replace sashes at eight windows on rear elevation to match remaining historic window. Must be single glazed, true divided lite and made from spanish cedar or mahogany. No alterations to head/jamb/sill.
Remove plastic downspout and install new round downspout of same metal. Paint to match adjacent surface to minimize visibility.
Replace lighting on rear elevation with two (2) "westgate WMC3 Series" fixtures, attached.
Replace unpermitted door hardware at front elevation with new Kwikset Halo keypad and thumblatch handle.
Apply metal lath and VCC stucco formula (attached) to rear CMU wall and repair mortar cap.
