Renovation (Non-Structural) Permit

This application is for the second phase of the church renovation. It encompasses work required to the sanctuary and surrounding support spaces which will be kept blocked off from congregants making use of the Phase One improved spaces including the Fellowship Hall and first floor of the classroom wing. Entirely new mechanical systems will be installed supporting the sanctuary and power and lighting changes will be implemented to support services. Plumbing upgrades include the addition of a second fixture to an existing restroom and an entirely new restroom added in an existing hallway. No roof work is proposed but exterior envelope maintenance including refurbishment of windows and select repointing is included.
