We recently acquired this building located at 906 Magazine St. It is listed on the tax record as a single address, however it has two separate entrances with addresses on them, 910 and 912 Magazine St. 910 is an existing second floor apartment. 912 is an existing first floor office space. Both uses will remain the same and will be used by the National WWII Museum. We are updating the interior only; painting, HVAC, new data cables, new flooring, new interior courtyard drainage and new cabinetry. There is NO exterior work visible form the public right of way.
