Fortified. Remove old shingles and felt down to bare decking. Install 1/2” decking over entire roof using 10D (3”) ring shank nails. Install ice and water shield over entire roof. Install 1 layer synthetic felt over ice and water shield install 26 gauge drip edge and roll starter on all rakes and eves. Install Class 3 shingles over entire roof (approx. 27 squares with waste) installing proper ridge and hip shingles on hips and ridges. Install new plumbing boots, ventilation. On flat, remove down to decking. Install ice and water shield over entire flat. Install iso using mechanical fasteners. Install 60 mil Tpo on flat installing drip wand edge tape on all rakes and eves. Haul away all debris
