 Install 2 layers of new Summit 60 felt fastened to deck to meet new codes.
 Install new roof jacks and neoprene plumbing flanges.
 Install new Ice & Water Shield in all valleys.
 Install new 26ga drip edge around perimeter of roof.
 Install new wind turbine on lower roof.
 Install new shingle over ridge vents on upper roof.
 Install new Pro Start starter strip around perimeter of roof.
 Install new Atlas Brand Lifetime Architectural asphalt fiberglass shingles.
 Install new Pro Cut Hip & Ridge shingle capping.
 Premise will be left broom clean and yard will be magneted for nails.
 Workmanship is guaranteed for 5 years.
Roof Replacement Cost: Upper Roof: $6,590.00 Lower Roof: $12,150.00
Due To roof having 1x8 plank decking roof has to be redecked with a minimum of 7/16
solid sheathing to meet Louisiana code 905.2.1 for roof decking.
Cost to redeck lower roof using 7/16 solid sheathing: $4,380.00
Cost to Detach and Reset Clay Ridge tiles on lower roof: $1,450.00
Flat Roof Replacement where lower shingle roof meets rear walls:
Remove existing flat roof membrane in flat valley where lower shingle roof meets walls.
Install Epilay self adhered ice & water shield behind siding and up pitched roof .
Install new 60 MIL 20 yr TPO roof membrane fully adhered behing walls and fastened to roof
decking.
