VCC General Work Permit

To install one (1) double-faced wood sign to read “succotash” per drawings stamped VCC approved 3/3/2026:
Sign will measure: 36"Hx20"w= 1131 suare inches. sign will be elliptical in shape
Sign will hang perpendicular to the street, centered above the door at the corner….
Sign will hang from chains…
Sign will have a black background with yellow lettering
No additional illumination or lighting is approved

Note: All existing signs must be removed and no additional signs may be installed. EXISTING SIGNAGE ON DOORS AND WINDOWS MUST BE REMOVED PER THE CZO ONE SIGN PER BUSINESS. The bottom of the sign shall be at least 8’-0” above the surface of the sidewalk beneath it. Signs shall not extend beyond 4'-0" from the building face.
