Repair and update front steps in front of 906 Dumaine Street following neighbor's contractor damaging brick siding of stairs. Remove the brick sides (currently covered in concrete) and rebuild brick sides to the steps without concrete overlay. VCC approved mortar to be used. Repair bottom step due to damage caused. Changes are being made to reflect the style of the home in 1972 and 1988 (pictures to be attached).
